Welcome to Taskiby. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services. By using Taskiby, you enter into a binding agreement with us.
By accessing or using Taskiby, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, not to impersonate others, and to comply with all applicable laws when using our platform.
Payments are processed securely through our platform. Service fees may apply and will be clearly disclosed before any transaction. We hold payments in escrow and release them only when both parties confirm satisfactory completion of the task.
In the event of a dispute between a task poster and a tasker, we encourage direct communication first. If a resolution cannot be reached, our support team will mediate. All disputes are governed by the laws of Malawi.
Taskiby acts as a marketplace connecting users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, abuse the platform, post illegal tasks, or attempt to circumvent our payment system. Violation may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action where appropriate.
